We want you to be happy with Season Race Planner. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email used at checkout, or
• Email us at susanne@paddlefit.ch and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30 days

Outside the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and any applicable consumer protection law in your country.
